Full-node wallet

A full-node wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet containing its own full node. Unlike a light wallet, it verifies transactions and blockchain rules by means of a locally built copy of the blockchain, without trusting any third parties.

To use Trezor in a trustless way, it is possible to download Blockbook and run a local instance of Trezor Wallet. For more information see Running a local instance of Trezor Wallet backend (Blockbook) and Running a local instance of Trezor Wallet.

Trezor owners can also use Trezor with Electrum connected to their own full node using Electrum Personal Server. For more information, see this Github page.
